In SMT production, many products require components to be mounted on both sides of the PCB board.

The sequence is to print solder paste on the first side, place the surface mount, and pass it through the reflow oven. Print solder paste and surface mount on the other side, then pass it through the reflow oven. In this way, when passing through the oven for the second time, the components on the first side will now be at the bottom

When the temperature rises, the components below may fall off. Therefore, when producing the first side, apply red glue under or around some large components. This glue will solidify when heated and firmly bond the components. In this way, when producing the other side and passing through the furnace, the components will not fall off.
